Devon Black, CFP®

Devon Black began her career with Baystate Financial in 2013 and has been part of the Financial Planning Department since 2015 with previous roles including Senior Case Consultant and Case Consultant Team Lead. As Director of Financial Planning| Advisor Integration and Experience, and a Certified Financial Planner^® professional, she oversees the financial planning process and development of team members while supporting the advisor and client experience through customized, fiduciary-focused planning strategies.

She works closely with advisors and their clients to enhance the integration, delivery, and overall experience of the financial planning process, helping clients make informed decisions through personalized strategies focused on financial position, risk management, wealth accumulation, tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning.

Devon graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a concentration in Risk Management. She also holds her Life and Health Licenses and Series 7 registration. She currently lives south of Boston with her dog and enjoys spending time with family and friends,  and staying active outdoors through hiking, kayaking, and sports.
